Who are we?
Ultimate Predator Outfitters has over 80 years of hunting experience between our 2 master guides. We have several ranches from Central California from the Paso Robles Hills to Humboldt County for deer, bear, wild hogs, upland birds, exotics, waterfowl and varmints. We cater to gun, archery, black powder and air rifle hunters alike. We base our Central California operations out of our Cholame Valley ranch near Paso Robles. Our Northern California deer and bear hunts are based on the individual ranches. We can accommodate parties from 2-10 hunters.
Jay is a lifelong avid hunter & Marine Corps Veteran. He has extensive experience in the firearms industry. He owns a gun shop, is a firearms instructor and a long range shooting coach.
Jim has 20 years experience as a hunting guide and has a lifelong passion for the outdoors. He has worked as a cowboy and ranch manager most of his life in the hills of Central California.
